is included in the rental fee?
Your rental fees include all of the following: base rent of
the apartment, utilities, furnishings, kitchen and housewares packages,
linens (bedding and towels), television with basic cable, local
phone service, monthly housekeeping (optional), washer/dryer (in
most units), covered parking or garage (where available), and full
use of the community facilities. Other options are also offered
to personalize your package to your needs.

What is the process for billing and payment?
Each month Seattle Temporary Housing will invoice you for the
upcoming rental month as well as any additional charges that were
acquired during the previous month. You can choose your invoice
method by having it sent either directly to you or having it billed
directly to your corporate account. Rent is always due on the first
day of each month. Company checks and major credit cards (MasterCard,
Visa, and American Express) can be accepted as payment for your
rental.
